Suggested use
Loading : Consume a large amount of creatine in a short period. Add 1 serving (1 scoop) to 8-12 oz (250-300 mL) of water four times a day for 5-7 days.
Maintenance : Add 1 serving (1 scoop) to 8-12 oz (250-300 mL) of water once a day.
