Suggested use
Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) in 15-20 oz of water and mix. To start, consume 1 serving per hour of exercise to refuel, replenish and rehydrate. Shake your bottle throughout your training sessions as some ingredients may settle toward the bottom of the bottle.
