Suggested use
Mix 1 scoop (31 g per scoop) with cold water (8-10 fl.oz. per scoop) and consume before or after athletic activity. Vary amount of liquid to preferred taste. Use only as directed. Scoops are estimate only, weighing scales are recommended.
