Suggested use
Mix four (4) scoops (307g) of Prime Mass with 24 oz of water in a blender, or use milk for a creamier and more nutrient dense shake. Blend for 45-60 seconds before adding ice cubes and any additional ingredients. Blend for another 30-45 seconds for a delicious shake. First time users may want to start off with two scoops in 12 oz of water and then increase to four or more scoops throughout the day. Prime Mass can be taken in a variety of ways, such as two to four scoops to increase caloric intake, two to four scoops post-workout, or two to four scoops before bed.
